In September of this year, our team independently incubated the brand "Oct Crab" with the breeding base located adjacent to the core production area of TaiLake, where the Jianghai region meets. The crabs are bred in freshwater, resulting in superior size and quality.From the outset of shaping the brand, we noticed that despite being a premium product, there's a scarcity of high-quality brands that match the price of the Chinese mitten crab. As a Chinese specialty, the Chinese mitten crab demands a creative approach that combines elements of traditional Eastern China with modern and youthful expressions.
